W-2 Sales Representative
A full-time employee sales role focused on finding new customers, explaining project options and keeping homeowners informed.

What you'll do
- Find new customers through door-to-door outreach, referrals and follow-up.
- Inspect roofs, document conditions and explain roofing and exterior project options.
- Present estimates and contracts, keep clear CRM records and stay in touch with homeowners.
- Work with the operations team as approved projects move into construction.
This is an active field role with outdoor work and roof access. Bring a strong work ethic, clear communication and a willingness to learn. Training and team meetings are part of the role.
