These Terms of Service apply to your use of the public RedZone Roofing & Restoration website and its estimate, employment and referral forms. They explain how to use the site and what a website submission does. Your signed project agreement, written warranty and any separately accepted financing or employee-portal agreement govern those services.
Using the website
Use the website for lawful inquiries and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not impersonate another person, submit information without permission, send spam, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the site. We may limit abusive requests to protect the website and its users.
Estimate and inspection requests
Sending a form asks our office to contact you. It does not book an appointment, create a construction contract, authorize work or establish a final price. Scheduling, service availability, materials and the proposed scope must be confirmed with RedZone. A success message means your request was saved; it does not mean an inspection has been scheduled or that an office email has reached its inbox.
The website is not monitored as an emergency service. Stay away from damaged roofs, downed power lines and unsafe areas. Contact emergency services when there is an immediate threat to safety.
Project information, warranties and insurance
Website articles, photos and material examples provide general information. Conditions and requirements vary by property, location and project. Color appearance can vary between screens and actual products. Confirm your selections, project scope and applicable requirements with your team before work begins.
Workmanship coverage depends on the package and written agreement: Standard is 5 years, Enhanced is 10 years, and Premium is lifetime workmanship coverage while the original customer owns the property, subject to written terms and exclusions. Website descriptions do not expand or replace a written warranty.
RedZone is a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster, and does not negotiate insurance claims. Your insurer decides coverage, deductibles and claim outcomes. Prior project results do not guarantee another claim's outcome. No website statement promises insurance approval, a free roof or a waived deductible.
Financing
Financing inquiries are requests for information. Financing is subject to the provider's application, credit approval, availability and separate terms. Submitting a website inquiry does not apply for credit or guarantee financing.
Employment applications
Applications express interest in a listed position. They do not create an employment or independent contractor relationship or guarantee an interview, offer or payment. Compensation, duties and working arrangements are confirmed during the selection process and in the applicable employment or independent contractor documents. Upload only your own résumé or a file you are authorized to provide. Do not submit government identification, Social Security numbers or banking information through this form.
Referral program: $250 roof replacement reward
The $250 reward is for an eligible new-customer roof replacement referred to RedZone through our referral form. The referred customer must have given you permission to share their contact details and to have RedZone contact them. Submit the referral before that customer has an existing active inquiry, appointment or project with RedZone.
- One $250 reward is available per eligible referred customer's roof replacement. If more than one person refers the same customer, the first complete, eligible referral received is used.
- The referred roof replacement must be contracted with RedZone, completed and fully paid before a reward is earned. Sending a name, scheduling an inspection or signing a contract alone does not earn a reward.
- Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated inquiries and referrals submitted without permission are not eligible. Employees, paid lead providers and other business partners should confirm any separate arrangement with the office.
- The office verifies eligibility and confirms payment arrangements. Reward payments may require contact or tax information through an appropriate secure process; do not include that information in the referral form.
- The reward is not payment for a review, a discount on an insurance deductible or a promise of insurance coverage. Referral participation does not affect the customer's project or warranty rights.
- If program terms change, referrals already accepted remain subject to the version in effect when they were submitted. Contact the office with any eligibility or payment question.
Content, links and language
RedZone's name, logo, photography and original website content may not be used in a way that misrepresents an affiliation or infringes applicable rights. Manufacturer, platform and partner marks belong to their respective owners. External links, including social profiles, maps, review sites and financing providers, operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Spanish pages help visitors read and use the website. Customer reviews are shown in their original language. If wording in a general website translation is unclear, ask our office for clarification. Your signed project documents and applicable law govern your project.
Privacy and communication
Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected by the website, storage, service providers and analytics choices. Form submissions authorize responses about that inquiry; they are not a blanket subscription to unrelated marketing. Tell our office if you want us to stop following up on an inquiry.
Site availability and updates
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but pages, links or online forms may occasionally be unavailable. If you do not receive confirmation, keep your reference if one was provided and contact the office before submitting again. We may update these website terms by posting an updated effective date. Changes to these terms do not rewrite a signed project agreement or remove rights available under applicable law.
